“Anxiety is one of the most common forms of psychological disturbance”

THE FACTS.

Anxiety disorders and Depression compete for being number one health problem in the western world.

Approx 10% of the population have suffered from panic attacks, phobia or anxiety disorders in the last year.

Only a small proportion of these have received treatment.

If everyone suffering from these disorders approached the NHS for help it wouldn’t be able to cope.

EFFECTIVE TREATMENT FOR:
  • Social Phobia.
  • Panic attacks.
  • Hyperventilation.
  • Panic disorder.
  • Some sexual disorders that are anxiety based e.g. Impotency both for the male and female.

IF YOU SUFFER FROM:
  • A marked and persistent panic.
  • Panic attacks
  • Avoidance of certain situations or an endurance of them at great distress to you.
  • Repeated incidences where your anxiety has stopped you living your life the way you want to.
  • Anxiety related to work, money, health, surgery, childbirth and death.

This is a very effective therapy. In some cases, after just one session, people have reported they feel more in control of their lives again.

What will YOUR LIFE be like if YOU do this RIGHT NOW?

What will YOUR LIFE be like if YOU don't?

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE THERAPY SESSION?

Once a rapport has been established with the client a relaxation trance is induced giving you, the client, immediate evidence that things can be different. You will then be asked to access a ‘Special Place’ that is `Safe’ somewhere within your Memory that you enjoyed in the past e.g. a special holiday, garden, walk or room etc. This process mirrors what happens when we begin to drift off to sleep. It is here where we will do the work to reduce and control your anxiety
